Independent Woman Director required on Board a textile company listed on NSE and BSE with a market capitalization of 800 cr and headquartered in Bangalore. The Board Director preferably should be from Design or Marketing background. FMCG industry experience or relevant industry would be preferable. Minimum 20+ years of Corporate or relevant experience at senior leadership roles need to apply only.

Independent Woman director required for an Organization which is a global provider of IT, BPO and Consulting services with revenue over $350 Mn. Employees are approx 9000 and the organization is over 24 years old. An International Private Equity fund owns 40% stake and has their Managing Director on their board. Looking for a senior person from HR or Marketing with minimum experience of 20+ years in corporates or entrepreneurial ventures. Global experience would be preferred.
