Biz Divas provides a platform for the women of our region to come together and raise a common voice for promoting women leadership across all walks of life. We identify invest and bring visibility to extraordinary women in business, corporates and public leadership.

Biz Divas’ goal is to provide a platform for women of our region to collaborate to:

Diversity Consulting : 

Biz Divas in association with its Founder firm, Altavis Consulting offers diversity and inclusion expertise to help your organization develop and implement best-in-class, high-impact, game-changing strategy that impacts executives and managers, talent, operations, and revenue. We help organisations to build & implement world class solutions on how to attract, develop and retain the best diverse talent. We have also helped organisations on their external & internal communications strategy for enhancing the Employer Branding.

Mentoring Programs : 

Biz Divas Mentoring Leadership Program is to connect talented, emerging women leaders from all over India with members of Biz Divas’ Powerful Leaders for a six month-long mentoring program. This is an extension of Biz Divas’ professional development & capacity building program for women leaders from corporates, business, social devleopment and public leadership space. 

Research & Advocacy :

Biz Divas Foundation has established itself as a leader in the field of diversity and inclusion in South Asia. We are dedicated to progressing the discussion on diversity, understanding the challenges and issues facing organisations in India. We create awareness on gender issues, inclusive culture,  generational differences, disability, sexual orientation & its impact in India Inc. We publish research and hold events around the region. In addition to providing member companies with access to our Research & Consulting, we provide diversity training for members and non-members including: facilitating focus group discussions, conducting company specific research on diversity, and developing diversity case studies for use in India.Biz Divas & Altavis relies on fact-based, scientific methods to find the answers. It’s why we are the most-trusted resource for knowledge on gender, leadership, and inclusive talent management in the business. Our recent report “Women on Boards” has influenced the decision makers in Govt & corporate levels to look at Corporate Best Practices at Boardroom level in a different lens.

Events :

Biz Divas events across India & South Asia addresses topics vital to women in the workplace. These gatherings, whether large or small, virtual or in-person, connect our Corporate Members and other attendees, inspire action, and provides a platform to advance the agenda of women leadership & inclusion.
